Semi-Private Strength Training combines hyper-personalized programming with hands-on coaching in a small-group setting. No more than six members train with one coach, but each person follows a program built around their own movement capabilities, goals, fitness level and progress.

Semi-Private Strength Training gives you more individualized attention without requiring you to train completely alone. Your coach knows what you are working on, helps you progress your program and can adjust movements when appropriate.
During your first two weeks, we use a Body Mapping process to evaluate roughly 90 movements and exercises. We look at which movement patterns you can perform, how well you perform them, your current mobility and fitness level, and which exercise variations are appropriate for you.
Those assessments are scored using our internal system and help us dial in your exercise selection, starting level and progression. The result is a strength program designed around you — not a generic workout handed to everyone in the room.
