Straight answers about Peak Life Fitness — our programs, Hyper-Personalized Training, nutrition, GLP coaching, session times and what to expect when you walk through the door.
Yes. You do not need previous gym experience or a certain fitness level before you start. We begin by learning about your goals and current starting point, then help you choose the training and coaching environment that makes sense for you.
No. Getting fit is part of the process — not a requirement for walking through the door. Our coaches meet you at your current level and help you build from there.
You’ll meet with Jeff or Michelle to talk about your goals, training history, current abilities, nutrition, schedule and the kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll explain the Peak Life programs and help you understand which path may fit you best.
You do not have to figure that out alone. During your consultation, we’ll learn about your goals and starting point and explain the differences between Large Group Training, Semi-Private Strength Training, GLP Education & Coaching and the Muscle Protection Program.
Large Group Training is structured, coach-led group training with the energy, accountability and community of working alongside others. The coach leads the session, explains the movements and helps you work at an appropriate level.
Semi-Private Strength Training is Peak Life Fitness’ Hyper-Personalized Training model. Sessions are limited to no more than six members per coach, and each person follows an individualized strength program based on their movement capabilities, goals, fitness level and progress.
Large Group Training follows a structured coach-led workout performed with the group. Semi-Private Strength Training is individualized: you train alongside other members, but you do not all perform the same program. Your exercises, starting level and progression are built around you.
Every current Peak Life Fitness program includes unlimited access to available Large Group Training sessions and unlimited available Semi-Private Strength Training sessions. Semi-Private sessions require advance reservations and remain subject to available capacity.
No more than six members are scheduled with one coach in a Semi-Private Strength Training session. Each person still follows their own individualized program.
Peak Life training sessions are approximately one hour. Arrive early enough to be ready when your scheduled session begins.

It means your strength program is built around how you actually move, your current abilities, your goals and your progress. In Semi-Private Strength Training, members train alongside one another but do not all follow the same workout.
Body Mapping is the assessment process we use during roughly the first two weeks of Semi-Private Strength Training. We evaluate movement patterns, mobility, exercise performance and appropriate starting variations so we can better understand how your individual program should be built.
Different movements reveal different information about mobility, movement quality, strength and exercise readiness. Looking at roughly 90 movements and exercises over time gives us a much more complete picture than relying on a single fitness test. Those observations and internal scores help guide exercise selection, starting level and progression.
No. That is one of the defining differences of the program. You may train next to several other members, but your exercises, variations, starting level and progression are based on your individual program.
It means we build nutrition guidance around the person rather than handing everyone the same meal plan. We begin with a detailed intake and use that information to create an approach that fits your goals, preferences, schedule and real life.
The intake may include your goals, foods you enjoy, foods you dislike, allergies, dietary restrictions, activity level, schedule, lifestyle, disclosed health considerations and the household or family members you may be cooking for.
No. The purpose of the intake is to avoid a one-size-fits-all approach. Nutrition guidance is built around your individual circumstances and the practical way you actually live and eat.
No. Peak Life Fitness provides fitness and nutrition coaching, not medical nutrition therapy. Medical conditions, therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition treatment should be managed with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
It is Peak Life Fitness’ coaching program for people using or considering a GLP-based weight-management approach with their healthcare provider. The program focuses on education, Hyper-Personalized Nutrition, body-composition tracking, training support and consistent accountability.
No. Peak Life Fitness does not prescribe, dispense, dose or manage GLP medication. Medication and medical decisions remain between you and your licensed healthcare provider.
Yes, provided training is appropriate for you. Peak Life can support the fitness, nutrition-coaching and accountability side of your plan while your licensed healthcare provider remains responsible for medication and medical care.

The Muscle Protection Program is a structured twelve-week coaching program focused on strength, nutrition, body composition, everyday function and accountability.

Yes. Nutrition coaching begins with the same detailed intake approach used to understand your goals, preferences, dietary needs, schedule and household realities so your guidance can be built around your real life.

InBody is a body-composition analysis tool we use as part of progress tracking. It gives us information that can help make progress conversations more useful than relying on body weight alone.
Our coaching discussions primarily focus on useful body-composition markers such as muscle mass, total body-fat percentage and visceral fat.
Semi-Private Strength Training includes one InBody analysis each month. Some structured coaching programs may use body-composition reviews more frequently according to the program design.
Body weight alone does not show what is happening with muscle and body fat. Body-composition information gives you and your coach additional context when reviewing progress.
Tell us about it during your consultation and before training. Our coaches can work within their fitness scope to select or modify exercises based on your current abilities. Depending on your history, symptoms or provider instructions, medical clearance may be appropriate before participating.
Limited mobility does not automatically mean you cannot train. It does mean we need to understand what you can currently do and choose appropriate movements and progressions. This is one reason individualized assessment is important.
Yes. Coaches can adjust exercise selection, variations and training difficulty within their fitness-coaching scope based on the member’s current capabilities and program.
Medical clearance may be appropriate when symptoms, medical history, a recent procedure, an injury or instructions from your healthcare provider create uncertainty about whether or how you should exercise. Your licensed healthcare provider is the appropriate person to make medical decisions.
